Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Boys Spring Registration
Voluntary Withdrawal: No refunds will be given for voluntary withdrawal from a program after March 4, 2025. Medically Necessary Withdrawals: If a player is medically unable to begin or complete the season, a recommendation from his/her physician will supersede the March 4, 2025 deadline and allow the issuance of a pro-rated refund. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please submit the request via e-mail to the BLA Treasurer (Treasurer@brookfieldlacrosse.org) and your Program Director. The request must be submitted prior to March 4, 2025. A confirmation of the request will be sent to the e-mail from which the request was received. Voluntary withdraw refunds will be processed within in 30 days of receipt Brookfield Lacrosse has no control over any fees paid by you to US Lacrosse. We also have no control over any purchases you made for uniforms or spirit wear from third party vendors. Therefore, we cannot refund those fees or purchases. Method of Reimbursement: A credit will be issued back to the credit card used during the registration process if request is made less than 90 days after registration. If greater than 90 days, a refund check will be mailed to the address listed on the player’s account at registration. The program treasurer will confirm via email when the refund has been initiated.
Brookfield Charity Classic
This event may be cancelled due to occurrences beyond the control of BLA and site management. Situations, such as, public safety, health concerns and municipal directives, etc. apply. No refunds will be issued for such cancellations. *Partial refunds or Credits to a future BLA tournament may be considered.
